Marriage Institution

Hardly an institution creates as much fuss as the marriage institution does.

Teenagers despise it, single adults fear it, married persons criticize it. Nevertheless, we all march irrevocably towards it. However critical we were, however fearing of commitment we are, the vast majority of people take the step and sign that paper, take that oath.
A genetic programming? a deeply rooted social conditioning? A curse? A human fate?

What is it that makes marriage such a powerful, surviving institution?

L'amore

L'amore e qualcosa di libero e inaspettato
E como il vento...

Hemleya

I bought a land on a hill
It oversees a gaz station, it oversees a mill

The view is breathtaking,
The sea, the mountains, a heaven in making

On the land plot, I am building a house
Modern interior, stylish setting

The tenants will enjoy the spectacular view
The doors, the windows, are entirely see-through

The tenants will roam the house seamlessly
They are ghosts, they can move easily

The ghosts come from my past,
When the house was intended to be my home

Now, I could hardly be a guest
